Hand-shaped in the Brooklyn studio, each piece begins with raw block of 316L surgical stainless steel. Brock heats the solid core stock to precise working temperatures before applying a continuous single-axis structural twist, forging the iconic seamless Möbius surface. The piece undergoes custom hand-carving and contour grinding to achieve its organic molten wave silhouette, followed by a multi-stage mechanical polish to lock in the mirror-finish liquid chrome lustre.
