Each ring starts as a solid, raw block of premium grade USA sourced 316L surgical stainless steel:
1. Precision Boring: The center of a solid steel block is precision-drilled and bored to fit a clean Size 10 with smooth, comfortable interior beveling.
2. Hand Sculpting & Shaping: Brock turns down the outer profile, hand-carving the heavy steel into organic, fluid "liquid" contours that catch light from every angle.
3. Refining & Comfort Fit: The band is profiled to its final width and thickness, ensuring smooth, non-biting edges for seamless daily wear.
4. Mirror Finish Polishing: Multi-stage sanding and buffing bring the raw steel to a high-luster, reflective mirror chrome finish.
